Mediation Center at the Polish Chamber of CommerceLocated in Warsaw, also known as the Mediation Center at the Polish Chamber of Commerce or MCC, it is an organizationally and functionally separate unit of the Polish Chamber of Commerce, operating in particular based on the Center's Statute adopted by the decision of the Presidium of the Polish Chamber of Commerce on October 26, 2023.

1. ensuring effective organization and functioning of the Center,
2. conducting mediation procedures while observing the principles and ethics of the mediator,
3. cooperating with the court,
4. protecting the mediators of the Center,
5. developing and improving knowledge and skills in the field of mediation,
6. popularizing mediation,
7. cooperating with the bodies of judicial and public administration in the field of mediation,
8. collaborating with mediation centers in the country and abroad.

The Center achieves its objectives, in particular, by:/p>

1. organizing mediation procedures in collaboration with the Center's mediators,
2. expanding the professional qualifications of mediators,
3. participating in projects related to mediation,
4. conducting and participating in advertising campaigns.
